I completed my BSc in Biochemistry (Molecular Biology) at UCL, and my interest in complex disease and dysbiosis then led me to complete a masters in Microbiomes in Health and Disease at King’s College London.
I am now an MMB DTP student in the Hildebrand Group (based at the Quadram Institute), working on rapid metagenomic strain profiling of inflammatory bowel disease via ONT sequencing.
